What's the best place to farm at level 25?Follow

So currently, I'm level 22WAR/11MNK, once I hit level 25 I'm gonna head back to do some missions(I'm rank 1 still, i've been strictly leveling up) and do some farming. some people say the best place to farm is Valkurm, but I don't know. Isn't Jugner better? I'm hoping to make atleast 40K, Can anyone tell me how long that's going to take? x.x

I'm looking for somewhere that's a safe distance away from Sandy, so I don't have to go back and forth all the time. Someone I pted with today told me I should go check out Ghelsba for scale mail drops. Don't Grunts drop them? And aren't level 20 or so grunts hard to come by in that place?
