Well I guess I should log out to POL more often(usually leave a mule in sandy with a bazaar up.) Not knowing about the Valentine's Day event going on I hit return to sender on my delivery box and sent the crystal back thinking someone made a mistake and sent it to the wrong person.

Omg that sucks.
Now the question is... where does the crystal go now?
Will it come back to you or will some SE guy be really confused as to what happened here lol.

<-- Just learned there was a "Return To Sender" option.

Sometimes my newbness amazes even myself.

On another note, it was quite nice of you to think to do that. Most people would probably just keep whatever showed up in their box.

I did the exact same thing. ;)

As it turned out, the first character I logged in to was a mule, who had zero levels and zero crafting skill anyway.

I did think it was a bit odd that the thing was ex...and that the name of the sender was all capitals. I was tired though, figured 'huh', and sent the thing back. ;)

Yaotzin: you have to be at least lvl28 and do the guild contract for that guild. then you can buy them with guild points.

On the note of sending back and not keeping it. Hitting the wrong keys on accident happens, you know? If I did it I would hope that someone would send my stuff back. And with the way prices are now. Man to think to send ingriedents to someone for say a Deft ring, just an example, and send it to the wrong person. Thats like 12k just for the Mythril ring alone. That and Im just a nice guy.

Do on to others as you'd have others do on to you.

I almost sent mine back too XD , but then again I've no clue what I'd make with one anyway since all I've bothered to level is cooking and fishing, and they're not very high lol.

o_O

Well, now that you've learned there is a return to sender option, welcome to the wonderful world of sending and cycling yourself junk for endless inventory!

It'll be a godsend for a little while, and then you'll hate that you ever learned the trick! :D

So if I send myself 8 items, then go to my MH and hit "return" on all of them...wouldn't they theoretically just show up in my Delivery again?

How would that be endless? Or am I missing something?
