For those of you who are losing space in your mogsafe:

Yeah, I just saw that a little while ago over on the main site. It's a step in the right direction, but another mog safe upgrade would be nice as well.

Recently, we have seen many players with several high-level jobs who have nowhere to store all their sets of artifact armor.

Until now, extra storage space has been provided in the form of Mog Safe expansions, furniture, and mannequins. However, we are currently working on a new system that will allow complete sets of artifact armor to be held by an NPC clerk.

Artifact armor for each job consists of five parts: Head, Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet.

If you trade all five parts to a certain NPC, you will receive a “claim slip” in exchange for your artifact armor. You can retrieve your armor at any time by talking to the NPC.

This new system is scheduled for implementation in the next version update.

I wonder...is it a key item or a normal item? Is it saving us 5 slots or 4?

Looks to me like they'll be taking full sets only.

Also, it would only save you 4 item spaces. Since you would have to trade the item to an NPC it would have to be an item that can be traded
.

Guess I will have to get my full DRG AF then, just to save a few spaces in my mog, that really bites.

It has to be a key Item, there is no way they would even give you the risk of losing the slip.

I'd be happy to take those DRG AF pieces off your hands if only the pesky game mechanics would allow it ^^

this raises a question in my mind.

unless the claim slip is a key item, as some1 previously said, the item wuld need to be non-rare/ex to be able to trade. If it is like this, meaning non-rare/ex then does this mean the market would open up for buying AF in the form of claim slips? this wuld introduce a very interesting element into the game. cant say whether it would be good or bad, because I have not decided yet.

Most tidious part and most time consuming in the game is AF, it takes time and it takes teaming up. The more people help you the more people taking time away from their own things, the more motivation to keep going with that job since you learn so much about it through the quests. SE knows that once people get AF other people will be needed to help and that time compounding means more money to SE, thus AF will always be quested.

This (almost) makes me get to full AF for numerous jobs instead of the two jobs that I already have AF for. =D

Hopefully they will put the NPC's in every city that you can change jobs in, Rabao and Khazam included. Then this truely would be a blessing.

Bring on the Elvaan BLM and DRG and PLD. Seriously though if this game lives as long as EQ I will definately will have Seriph at PLD 75 currently 70, BLM 75, RDM 41, WHM 42, RNG 37, THF 60+, DRG 60, WAR 40, BRD 37, NIN 37, MNK 37 and the madness stops there. I just want to feel how it is to play all jobs and level them enough to use as a Sub for my mains.

I'm on my second full set of AF now, though i can't use the gloves for my WHM yet. with plans to take at least 2 other jobs to AF levels. Even if it only cleared 4 spots (1 for ticket) this would still be a huge benefit.

I am really looking forward to this myself as I recently hung up my samurai and his AF armor and am in the WHM AF range. I would love to free up the storage that it is currently filling.

This is also more incentive for me to level all jobs to AF range like I want to. Within two weeks I will have leveled whm to the 58-60 range and will have my full set of AF. Wouldnt mind taking BLM up there too.

All I want right now is to see my Galkan self in full WHM AF. I cant wait. Looks like the Marshmallow man. ^^

That's gay. I mix and match both my RDM and DRK AFs. All-or-nothing storage is utter useless for me.

And if you dog ate your claim ticket......
