They don't exist... unless SE is creating new servers... then the "world shifters" are located in all the cities.

World Pass NPCs are listed in the Bestiary under NPC Types. That's the closest thing there is.

I really doubt we'll have another server expansion for quite some time. If anything, possibly a contraction. It'll be interesting to see how *that* works. >.>

Yes, but not one of your choosing.

At the time of the last migration, signing up was optional, and you didn't know where you'd be going until after registration was already closed. This was so that SE could load-balance the two new servers they put into place (was three initially). The only near-guarantee they made was that everyone leaving one server would go to the same place, so that migrating Linkshells and friends would not get separated.

And again, this was a *very* limited-time thing.

If you're holding out hope that you'll eventually be able to move your character to...say...Asura, then forget it. Odds are *very* slim that they'll ever let you go where you want on a whim.

Ahh, that explains alot, but I wasn't planning on going to that server.. I actually wanted to go back to my old one lakshmi.
But oh well... If someone could give me there positions I might get lucky ^^ lol.

In Everquest you can pay Sony about 75.00 USD to have a char transferred to another server. Maybe SE also has this option?

It was just an example.

They don't exist. That's what we've been trying to tell you. They only exist when Square wants people to move. Otherwise, you're stuck. You're not going to "get lucky".

Nope.

When these NPCs are around, you'll know - there will be a message when you log on, like there was when Remora and Hades went live.

If the message isn't up, then they aren't there and won't be anywhere.
