Al'Taieu, The Celestial Capital information thread.Follow

#1 Jan 23 2005 at 12:59 AM Rating: Good
In the interest of at least providing some order to what will probably turn into a hype-storm, I bring you:

Al'Taieu information.

^^

I'll update as I learn more. Feel free to provide anything you find, correct anything inaccurate, offer speculation of your own, and debunk any rumors you find unlikely. ^^

Play nice. Smiley: tongue

Known information
- Not yet open for exploration.
- Also known as The Forgotten Capital of the Gods, and The Celestial Capital.
- Is the setting for the climax of the Promathia missions.

Speculation, rumors, etc.
- {Sea}, i.e. the CoP equivalent of {Sky} (I think this is a safe bet).
- There are ruins visible in the water, the speculation runs that this is Tavnazia.
- Square-Enix is quoted to have said that this area represents the climax of the Promathia story arc, so the speculation runs here that reaching it will be your reward for finishing all the Promathia missions, or near as dammit.
- Gryffes has speculated (and I'm inclined to agree) that just as Tu'lia (sky) is composed of several areas, so too will Al'Taieu have several related areas; perhaps The Garden of Ru'Hmet and the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.

Well then I'll never see it. Yay for even more restricted areas.

At least CoP had Movalpolis for mining.

There are also

The Gardens of Ru'Hmet
Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi

Probably linked in that

Gardens of Ru'Aun
Shrine of Ru'avitau
Ve'lugannon Palce

are the Tu'lia ( sky ) regions.

Not worth gettinge excited over, we'll see them when we see them.

Minor Update - Added three discussion threads, somewhat of the speculation Gryffes posited in the above post, and played with the format somewhat. ^^

can't wait to go here. need to do the missions preceeding it still. if ouryu wasn't so hard i have no doubt that i would already be at the current CoP cap since that is the "supposed" hardest missions of the ones that are up currently.
