I don't know if anyone else is feeling my pain...
I have had a terrible time trying to find a party to break into the 40's. I don't know if it is just a run of bad luck or what.
When I finally get in/or make a party it is usually slapped together with whatever jobs I can find, then leveling is almost torture, at best.
I don't do a terrible job as a blm, hit 90% of my MB's and have decent gear...is it just the level? I remember getting past 30 being a real grind also.

Well, post 40 is when most people stop leveling their sub job. With the current cap at 75, that leaves the sub-jub to be 37 at most. So there will be less parties and in turn, less invites.
