Ok...some of you may already be aware of this, and may be mildly annoyed by this sharing of information, but most people i've talked to were unaware of this fact:

It isn't the greatest secret in the game or anything, but for those of us who are tight on gil, every little bit counts.

Like all spells for sale in the AH, people buy them because they don't want to travel to where the spells are sold. Thats why you see the same scroll being sold to 10 different people by one person.
Yeah, they probably don't want to travel to Waughroon Shrine, Horlais Peak, or Balga's Dais. Because once they got there, they'd have to do BCNM50 and hope for the Light Spirit Pact to drop. Just an example.

People do this all the time with other spells too. Case in point, Selbina spells Poison II and Poisonga. Even stacks of Iron Arrows sell for 3k a stack when you can buy them in Upper Jeuno.
Gotta learn to shop around. If you wonder where spells are sold by NPCs, click the Item Lookup link on the left hand side and type it in. Click it, and on the right hand side it tells you from which NPC/monsters/quests you can obtain it. May end up saving you lots of money.
