Does anyone know what these 4 icons are? I tried clicking on it with a mouse but that doesn't work. I don't even know how I get it to appear...

I tried hitting whatever keyboard combinations to get it to reappear and well.... if yer in a pt make sure you hit shift 5 times =)

(this was done on a pc not a ps2)

I get these icons too from time to time. I have no clue what they are, honestly... just letting you know I run into it now and again also.

It's the Input Method selection tool. Japanese players use this to control what particular text mode they're typing in.

It's well-hidden on the non-Japanese clients, and nobody has gotten it to work on them either.

As a side note, good to see you post here, Haoooooo. :P With a name like that, I figured you were a gilseller like Aooaoo and Nnnn and those other players. :P

Hahaha thanks for reminding me Cutriss. Someone in one of my pts had the nerve to say "I speak good english". Damn those gilfarmers for giving me useful notoriety!

And I also had thought that this was the way JP players get to switch between english/japanese text. A shame that we can't use it coz i just bought this and would have loved to test it all around Vana'diel. "efe em"..[can I have it?] =)
