What! The SAM one is completely wrong! I am not loud at all! In fact I'm quite soft-spoken.

Why is everyone looking at me like that?

Okay the original:

Quote:
WAR - strong and brave, but not too smart.
MNK - carefree and mellow, but not too popular.
WHM - kind and helpful, but a little stuck-up because of their popularity.
BLM - evil and has a love for watching things burn, but they are wimps physically.
RDM - well-rounded personality and adaptable, but are too much of perfectionists.
THF - sneaky and smart, but have bad attitudes and are greedy.
PLD - noble and charismatic, but can be inflexible.
DRK - strong, but harsh and cruel.
RNG - quiet and focused, but not a people-person.
BST - not a people-person, but can take care of themselves.
NIN - stealthy and cool, but no one knows them very well.
SMN - mature and experienced, but self-centered.
SAM - loud and makes himself/herself heard, but that can be a bad thing too ^^ (I don't really have a view for this one).
BRD - outgoing and helpful, but a bit foolish.
DRG - has strong bonds with people he/she trusts, but can be swayed easily.

and mine:

Warrior - Strong, but others have trouble deciding if they are brave or stupid...

Monk - Sound of mind and body, but if they keep saying things like, "The fox in the henhouse knows not the way of the hens.", they're going to get throttled

White Mage - Never go wrong with these masters of healing, unless they get it in their head to hit the critter with their club...

Black Mage - Sadomasichistic magic flinging psychopaths, but really good if you keep them happy and away from stabby things...

Red Mage - Utter perfection without being able to do anything completely right

Thief - Smart and...hey what happen to my gil pouch!?!

Paladin - Noble and strong, but remember kiddies even good hearted fanatics are dangerous as hell

Dark Knight - The strength of hell, however they have a horrible tendecy to swing without looking (here looking means 'not caring') to see who might be in the way

Ranger - Woodsy, quiet, nature conservationists, good people but have really strange tastes...OMFG did you just eat those droppings!?!

Beastmaster - Kind, caring, sweet...if you are an animal

Ninja - Stealthy, very good at their trade. Why once I knew this one Ninj... *whoosh* URK! *thud*

Summoner - Infinite cosmic power, itty bitty living space... I bet the voices in their heads are a lot of fun

Samurai - Honorable, skilled, very fond of sake and geisha, lots of sake and lots of geisha

Bard - Great artists and support once they are sober and away from attractive members of the opposite sex...

Dragoon - Amazingly powerful with a flying rat to boot and blame things on, no really...I think they have a very close bond with the little thing (if you know what I mean) HEY get it off me, by Altana what the hell call it off call it off!!!

your turn everyone ^^

remember have fun and these are meant to be amusing...some people on the main thread have already gotten pissy about it, one of the reasons I moved it... *sighs*

You know, I would just love, to see some jobs played in character, right down to the macros. I bet they would be fantastic!

Pity, so many players discourage RPesque macros.
I'm not giving mine up! *growls*

Seriously, I think that's mainly a NA thing. A great deal, of the Jpn players I've seen, use some pretty flashy macros, complete with emoticons, <calls>, and all kinds of added text. If you've ever seen Anime with spellcasters (like "Ruin Explorers"), they're constantly portrayed, using long quotes of rhyme, to cast their spells. I think it adds flavor, assuming the macro is appropriate to the ability, I mean.

Honestly, I usually get more positive comments, than negative, concerning my choice of macros. I love 'em. I want to see more of 'em!

Righto! back on topic... LOL
