Gilsellers gone, now what?Follow

Okay, we've all noticed that the jerrys, redapples, and zooes are gone, question is, what's next? I heard SE might go after the 30-40% of players who have BOUGHT gil. Personally, i haven't bought gil online yet, though i know several people who have. However, i have had gil bought for me before, my little sis on Sylph is crazy about buying people gil. exactly how would SE find out who has and who hasn't bought gil? also, just because SE got rid of a few gilfarmers, doesn't mean they will all go away. they got rid of the players who MAKE the gil, however, the characters on which the gil is stored are still around. on another note, gilfarmers or not some of those people were pretty decent players. i know i might get rated down for saying this, but i am sad to see some of them go. lately its been hard to find party members in the mid to late 40s. one more thing, what about the rumors that get started just because someone doesn't speak english or japanese well, or has a wierd name and top knotch gear, or a bunch of people with similar names (how many clouds and sephiroths are there?)? i hope we don't see this turn into some kinda witchhunt for gilfarmers.

are the gilsellers officially gone? now that i think about it i haven't seen any around in about a week. but i havne't been traveling very far from my home town over the last week or so either. hmmm.

The angels are still on the server, saw them camping their favorite NM, morion, last night. Only people I've noticed are gone are the jerries.

As for people who buy gil, if they can find out who did it I say delete their character.

Firstly, I don't think ALL the gilfarmers are gone. I have my suspicions about the Lily**'s. I was attempting to log in Ghelsba last night (the first time in months, since it went to hell in a handbasket) and there was just Lilygg in there. Things were well and good until I noticed this prick had me on follow more than a couple times. Decided to launch his *** into Yughott Grotto at one point, but he stopped and turned around almost after my equipment change. He also tried trading me his crappy logs, but I wasn't out there for the garbage I can already craft.

Lilymm's out there now, but whatever. Maybe the Jerry's and et al. were just the start of the housecleaning.

I saw the redapples on but they weren't camping anything they were mining in gusgen. And the new patches are cracking down on the gilfarmers it is about time SE did something about it /cheers SE on

I think it's bootiful.

I could wander leisurely around Pashow killing Gobbues, without fear of them being yanked from under me.

I saw someone camping Vorax, and I left him alone. He left me alone. He let me have the crawlers, which was all I wanted (along with the crabs), and I let him have the leeches to pop the NM.

I didn't get frustrated or angry once. It was like playing a game again, instead of a shootout at the OK corral.
