how to change serverFollow

can someone tell me how do i change from server hades to this server (for example?)

1. Invent a time machine
2. Go back in time 2 months.
3. Submit a World Change application.

From what I know, the first step is a killer and is really the only thing keeping any of us on Bismarck.

On a serious note, you get a world pass from someone on Hades and create a new character using that world pass. You cannot move your existing character to another server except in rare circumstances such as in the creation of a new server (Asura, Remora, Hades, etc).

EDIT: Oh, to this server. Don't waste your time on the, erm, time machine then. It won't work. Get a world pass and start over.
