need to vent - thank you :\Follow

ok, i just have to vent...

yesterday, my rdm lvld to 40, yay.. convert! it was awesome, i was thrilled, but of course, i longed for the next step..

Refresh!... i've had my scroll ready to go since like lvl 30.

so today i had a few free hours, i rarely get long periods of time to play, so i took advantage of it. i logged on around 1pm, got a party relatively quickly, and started lvling.... 5 hours later, i finally hit 41! it was torture it took that long. stuff kept going wrong. people AoEing... i actually when and whacked a caveberry on accident. i was losing focus. haha.

so anyway, i logged off not long after, i had to go. when i logged back on i was still in the beetle room in the crawler's nest. i proceeded to make my way back out to rolanberry. bam right there in the main room, there is a soldier crawler, it attacks ME! why me?! i have no idea. people were standing allll around. so i panic and run, cause this thing is gonna kill me... only chance i have is to zone. BUT, there are usually a ton of workers between me and the exit, and if there are, i'm a dead man. well.... i ended up a dead man, and deleveled.

ok, it sucked, but i was only 113 tnl. so i get the bright idea to just solo a few EPs in rolanberry, cause i don't really have the time to get into a party.

i decided to take on an EP Ochu. stupid stupid stupid. if you never fought one, dont. one shot and i was poisoned, silenced and all kids of crap... BAM.. dead again. now i'm like 1k to get back to 41`. blAH SHOOT ME! lol.

just wanted to vent. thanks for your time.

And yes, the Malboro family is evil^3. I remember my first fight with one in Pashhow. Conned EP and took my two hour to kill it. ><

Look at it this way: You're so close to getting your level back that when you next get a party, you'll level soon and be able to get a respectable buffer. ^^;

thanks everyone for your pep talks. i do have good news.

i managed to log back in last night and find another party, and not only did i get lvl 41 back, i got a nice healthy buffer like you said.

and i got to actually put Refresh into practice for a little while. i was exhausted, but i think i did pretty well keeping the cycle going, and still managed to Dispel, enfeeble, and backup cure.
