I really hope no one has beat me to this one but if they havent well here it is enjoy and hope you save money.

Ok to all that might not know and want to jump cross platform. If you already have a copy of either Rise of Zilart and CoP and wanna go to PS2 for whatever reason is more expensive than to go from PS2 to PC but you still save $30 dollars.

Ok the way to do it is this get a copy of the game for PC from a friend and install it. When you are pompted to register input the codes of the version you own i.e. PS2 to PC. Unfortunately you need to have the hard drive to jump from PC to PS2 so that will cost you $100 dollars (maybe less I bought mine at launch)input your PC codes. Get a copy of the PS2 version of CoP and input your PC codes for that version. Presto free cross platforming.

Remember to always have a code for each version, meaning you have already bought the game for either platform.

here's a question for ya, could I have a copy of it on my comp AND my PS2 and be able to play whichever you'd like on the same account?(i'm kinda hoping you say no cause if I get a copy on my laptop and start playing at work.....well, u know).

Based on what I have seen with others, you can play on any platform, regardless of what you signed up with.
A friend of mine over on Sylph recently got a new PC and wanted to know if I could hook him up with the PC version of the game (as well as CoP), I obliged.
He installed it and had absolutely no problems logging in. (he started on the PS2)

On the same note, I have logged into my account on multiple PCs (not at the same time, mind you) without issue - you just need to know your POL ID (4 letters, 4 numbers)

Hope that clarifies some stuff :)

So here's a question. If I buy a PC version for the wife's comp, put in my account info, I can log in there. Fine.

But can we log in at the same time and play different characters, without dropping for a new account. (Seriously doubt it but had to ask.)

For two people to play at the same time it would have to be two seperate accounts, which is two copies of the game. Not two content ID's, that's totally different. But you can set up her account on your PS2 and your account on her PC.
