BEWARE !! New Notorious MonsterFollow

Check out this link for the new Notorious Monster
apparently it spawns at random times and the

Drops include:
Panic +1
Midget Status Effect Shrink
And a page from the Dragon Chronicles
A new Hidden Job Trait added to your Character

Level of this Mob is estimated at 75 and you
need a full alliance to take it on.

The exact spawn location is hard to pinpoint but if you catch
this NM you should consider yourself extremly lucky.
There is no timer either. It's purely random.

It has the ability to gather others like him around him so they all sway in unison and make you gently fall asleep...
