Just wanted to make my introduction to the server board. My name's David, been playing since the end of September, and have been having a pretty good time of it. Relevant game stats are below, so read up on them to check out my progress so far ^^ My fiancee is a poster here, and she says some good things about this forum, so I hope to gain a lot in terms of knowing how to play this game well. In my experience most online forums tend to look down on introductory new posts, on the rationale that they clutter up the front page, etc.

I knew I was taking a bit of a risk in making an intro thread. In the forums I help moderate, we have a stickied thread where users can all make intro posts, thus getting rid of the clutter. I don't think that would be a bad idea here, either.
