Well, if all goes well, I am conducting this as a whole day affair. I will stay for as long as I can (the whole day) and everyone is free to come and go as they please.
I'll set up announcements as to when certain games or contests will begin, just in case you need to do something and don't want to miss out. I'm sure I'll repeat a lot of the more favored ones too ^^
I am thinking the start time shall be 10am pst (because I'm quite lazy to get up in the morning ^^)

Merodi, why not in your initial post have a list of the people who will be offering free Teles to the event that day, the times, and where he or she will be departing from? That way everyone who is able to come will be able to come, and know how to get there. The same for escorting those that don't have a holla crystal.
I just recently dinged at lvl 36, and so right before the event starts, I will be offering anyone who wants it a free Tele-Holla to La Theine Plateau from the Federation of Windurst. Just meet me in Woods ten minutes beforehand at the fountain.

If this is indeed going to end up in La Theine, might I suggest L-10 and L-11? I found this area the other day while leveling BST (I find a lot of little areas I never wandered to before as BST) and it's pretty nice. Lot's of space, it's fairly secluded so we won't have chocobo's running us over every minute. Nothing aggros down there except goblin fishers and the occasional water elemental when it rains. I was there for a few hours as BST, no one was there except a couple of people fishing and some galka that was standing near them. Anyway, just thought I'd suggest that area.
