Got a story here, and the one I wronged I haven't been able to contact, so I hope he reads these boards or someone that knows him can let him know I feel terrible. I'm not going to post his name for respect in case it's a personal issue to him.

Last night I was invited to a Valley of Sorrows party as a replacement. 10 minutes after I get there the tank says something like (all statements from memory, don't have a log of them) "My replacement is at the zone, I'm leaving." I gave him a D2. The trouble was the replacement was in jeuno and after we saw that it looked like the party was going to split up within 10 minutes of me getting there. I sent the tank a tell saying that wasn't cool. Our conversation was something like this.

Me: The replacement is in lower jeuno.
Him: He's at the zone.
Me: Do a /sea
Him: It's not my problem, you want a replacement you deal with it. Your downtime, go get him.
Me: I just got here as a replacement and now the party is going to break up. Don't get replacements next time if you are going to pull crap like this.
Him:(couple of name callings) My mom just died. Deal with it you @#$%.

I'm not worried about what he called me. I don't really care under the circumstances. I really felt terrible after this happened. I thought he was just ditching us as some people do.

I just wish he would have said he had a family emergency or anything like that before leaving. Probably would have been better for both of us. But I'm not trying to put any responsiblity or blame on him due to the circumstances. I just regret how it worked out.

Anyway I'm sorry for how it turned out, and I'm sorry for your loss. Hope it goes as well as it can for you under the circumstances.

i think that tank was full of crap. when my brother wrecked his bike, i said "gtg, brother was in a wreck." then i pulled the plug fron the jack and left. my brother wasnt hurt very bad, if someone had died, i wouldnt have even said bye to the pt. i dont think anyone would ask for a replacement and get a d2 and take the time to send tells with a loved one dead.

by the way dagg, say hey to the ls for me
