Seriously, if you can't make a decision like that on your own, you're going to get nowhere in this game.
If you want an honest answer, don't start over. Get your subjob to level 15 (monk), get your main to level 30 (war). Once you get that done go out and get rank 3 or 4, start some of the extra jobs and then, if you don't like it, start over.
