What is darksteel engraving for? It is rare/ex so i think its for a queat but im not sure.

It is used for Bastok area Garrison.

It's for Garrison in N. Gustaberg. You trade it to the garrison soldier and you get to fight 4 waves of Quadavs, which drop mannequin (sp) parts and the likes. Recommended for full alliance.
