Hi all, currently I am a lvl 52 taru blm. I decided to stop lvling until I got an item that to me, is mandatory for a blm.

The Moldavite Earring.

This earring is a rare/ex drop from a NM Goblin in Lab. of Onzozo(sp?). I myself still get aggro in this area w/o sneak/invis. There are gob hunters, enchanters, and miners located around the very small area where this NM Gob spawns. There are also Cockatrices that aggro to site. So as a lvl 52 this place is dangerous to me.

This earring; This Moldavite Earring is a lvl 47 piece of armor that gives Magic Attack +5 to any job. The gob is on a 2 hour lottery pop and also drops gil and multiple high lvl thunder spells.

I have been trying, unsuccessfully for about a week to find some help to destroy this goblin. I have searched up and down jeuno and lab. of onzozo for some assistance and have had no luck. A couple of times someone said that they would help, then had to leave or something to that nature. I have faught this gob once with to other people (god bless them) and we died due to gob/cockatrice linkage. The gob is not that difficult, as we had him to less than half hp with no problems until the linkage began.

I am at my wits end so I decided to post this here, in hopes that someone who is generous and kind will respond to this call for help and help me destroy this goblin. I am sorry. I did not intend for this to be that long, but if it has to be long and dramtic in order for me to maybe receive some help, so be it. I appreciate your time in reading my post and I hope to see you in game sometime.

This gob is very easy and can be duo by 2 level 60s. I've personally fought it 4 times, with twice getting drops. The few times we fought it we were skilling up on cocktrice. The level of the mob is mid 50s I think. It was Duoed by paladin whitemage combo at level 60 and solo by a blackmage level 65. It is NOT a lottery pop so you can't get it to pop by killing random gobs around. It have a respawn window of 2 hours, meaning you have to wait 2 hours of the last death for a 1 hour window to open, within that one hour it can pop anytime. It wasn't a lottery pop because we did not kill the gobs there to get the Mysticmaker to pop.

The best way to get people to help is to ask around for Time of death from people in onzo then come back when the window open. If you get aggro there its very dangerous to stay around for 2-3 hours plus waiting for pop. If you lose claim, mark TOD and come back again later.
