Wow, nice pictures Merodi. They came out pretty good. Luckily some tall elvaan with a really point and ugly hat didn't block me out of the picture ^^ Those definately won't be the last either.
I hung around in lower Jeuno and saw some people yesterday but I wasn't able to make a gathering like only Merodi can. /sigh

I should try to put up some of my midadventure photos one day. I only regret that I never did take piccys of some of my firsts... like my first time being in a pt killing Bloodtear, or my first RSE get...
To all those new adventurers who have yet to do things like that, I encourage you to please take a screenie! Even for a moment!! It's a memory to look back on and share and say "I did that!" Because when your firsts are gone... they're pretty much done and over. If I could take a piccy from my Genkai II or when I first stepped out from Windy, I would. So don't miss out on all your opportunites!
Okay, enough of that preaching ^^
Lyl, Aww.. I'm sure you'll be able to gather up a group... I just happened to be at the right place at the right time with the right people passing by. There'll be other chances and moments ^.^

Thanks Merodi and Nights. I try and get pictures of fun stuff I do or things I do the first time. I wanted to take pictures of my avatar battle but I keep forgetting since when I get there I'm so nervous and I'm more worried about not dying than a picture.

Heh. Apparently I either ran into the beginning or the end of this thing while in Port Jeuno, as I saw Lyliandra and Merodi and did a /huh at Lyl when she started doing her macros. ^^;
Actually, this sort of meeting is what my LS is about. I give pearls to all of my friends I've made in the game, and frequently I'll go visit them if they're leveling and I'm bored and don't feel like crafting. Especially when they're in the Dunes or Qufim. I'll just go sit by their party, chatting it up and making people laugh at me being a doofus, all the while making sure those nasty gobs don't bother them. >:P
Anyway, if anyone is in the need of a LS full of nice people to make friends with, go ahead and send me a tell. Oh, and send me a tell the next time this thing goes on. I'm not big on RPing, but I like making friends.

Lol, don't make me break out my dance macro set ^^ It was one of the first things I ever did when I learned about emotes. I have them to this day and have almost a full two tiers of them ^^ (Yes, I'm silly)
Laur, I only mentioned the gathering about 3-5 times over the LS. It got Fi and Nights there. You probably missed it over all your level grinding spam O.~

Wow last night was pretty crazy. I went to help an LSmate out of the Yhoator Jungle and she lost her chicken and got aggroed by a gob. I ran back to help knowing full well that a level 26 SMN and a level 27 WAR were going to die horribly unless some miracle happened. Well a miracle did happen and it's name was Namfoodle. He came running by after defeating the Shadowlord (Congrats again by the way) and helped kill the dragon. I had to help him outta the jungle too and then help him to Norg. I was still on my chicken when we got back to Kazham so Namfoodle cast Invis on me and I ran around while he chased me shouting "Come back Chocobo!!!" It was quite funny and we got a few laughs and funny looks.
After I helped Nam to Norg, Fionchadd decided to drop me a tell. We talked for a while and when I got back to Kazham lo and behold by Merodi was there too. Crazy night. It's amazing how you just randomly run in to people when this world is so big. I can't say enough how glad I am to have met you guys.
Oh, I also saw some of Merodi's dancing. Kitty's got some moves. Unfortunately, I can't dance T_T

It's hilarious though... having me sing just before battle, and then boosting, and then scaring some adventurer walking by thinking, "Omg.. mnk/brd.. what a noob." ^^

I was beat, 3½ hours of sitting in the entryway of Eldieme Necropolis, on the glacier side, while Kalani, Tre, and Verix were running around another part of it, hunting down Liches. I had nothing better to do with my time, so I was chatting with 3 or 4 members of this alliance that was fighting in the area I was, and mass curing them as they all came running back up, train in tow! O.~
And as irony would have it (that's how my luck works), It was getting really late, and I told them, just go about ten more minutes, then I would have to go to bed. Just as my last minute was rolling up, they got the Papyrus!!!

Congrats on the paper Kes... After you logged, I sent a /t to Kalani calling him an asshat *giggle* and he told me that you got it as well. I enjoyed chatting with Merodi and Lyliandra most of the time I was owning those sirry goburins... sad to say that I almost got owned by a pair of EP low def bats... but in the end I got all I needed! YAY ME!!!^^
heh, i was wondering when those pics would be posted merodi. They turned out cool. That was an interesting night, a time to sit around relax, and hang out with new people is always fun.
