OK it's like impossible to find an English speaking person to do this on our server. A LS member and I (he'll be going as a WAR/NIN, I can go as WHM/BLM or BLM/WHM, whichever) want to get this done with and we have yet to see an English party forming, and the Japanese players won't invite us.
So, who wants to start this up? We're ready to do any of the crags. I've explored the first floor of Dem, and he's been in all three. We want to get to Tavnazia already. :D
If anyone's interested, /tell me (Yuehunei) or reply here. Don't know when we'll do it, but sometime. My LS member is in England so he's 5 hours ahead of EST, and I will not do this without him, so keep that in mind. :)

If you are ever interested in a run I can go as my white mage but my black mage is only level 27 so that's out of the question .I would be interested in trying to go on a run so consider me :)

OK if you go as WHM I can go as BLM, which is good because my BLM is 34 and I have mostly level 30 equipment as it is.
Do you think we should try to make an alliance or just a full party? Because only six people can enter the Burning Circle at the end.

Heh i can goes as my 32 whm/blm if that'll help at all. But i can grab a lot of my higher levels in my LS to help me as well cuz we were looking at doing it
a few people from my linkshell are ready to do this I think. I just bought all lvl 30 Sam gear, so I know I am ready. Ifigured at lvl 30 Sam would be better than monk, but I will probably will have War to 30 in the next couple weeks...so that may be an option too.

I would definitely be interested in going anytime. RDM with BLM, WHM or NIN (heard it was good to sub NIN in Promyvion). Still have all my lvl 30 gear.

Grab all the higher levels you want, but it's still capped at 30^^
I've seen several NA groups do this. Just most do it within their own linkshell. This is not something you really want to approach with a pick up party. It needs to be well thought out and planned for each level. I suggest taking someone with you that's cleared at least one or two of them and knows things, such as how the animas work =)

I'd be interested in going. The majority of my current SAM gear is sub-30. I have a level 26 GK in my safe, as well as some ~20 WAR and/or RNG gear. I could sub WAR or RNG. <.<

I reccomend bringing balanced parties to the Prom since you cannot exit the BCNM to rejoin another party and help them fight BCNM. (you get kick out to the Crag when you win). The general strat seems to be, as much ranged damage as possible.
I would love to go. You should set a time and let me know and I'll make sure I'm available - the only time I can't go is Saturday at noon, as I'm planning on doing Garrison. Let me know when and I'll make sure my static party knows I'm not available.
I'm aiming for sometime Friday. Again I don't know if we'll do all 3 crags in one run (in fact, I doubt it) but we should at least try to do one.
On the subject of Animas, I have a Recollection of Guilt, but the guy I'm supposed to trade it to won't take it. LS member said it's probably because I sealed off my memory after going through Promyvion-Dem. Sound right?

Hey, I'll throw my hat in the ring. I've got all up to date lvl 30 armor and weapons. I'm a warrior that could sub ninja thief or monk, depending on what is needed. I follow directions very well.
Pretty much any weeknight is ok with me. Sunday during the day is also my prime playing time. Just let me know and I'll move some stuff around if ya'll decide to use me.
Also, I've hear of this "Promyvion" thing before, but have thusfar been unable to track down any info on it. Could someone kindly post a link?

Well it's looking like after 5PM Friday will be good. Thing is that's 10PM for my LS member. Should be ok for him for a little while but I'll have to ask him.
And to gain access to Promyvion, first install CoP (duh :p), then go to Lower Delkfutt's Tower for a cutscene. Then Upper Jeuno for another cutscene, then go talk to the doctor for another cutscene, then go to Ru'Lude Gardens and talk to the guard (name starts with a P, he's Elvaan) in the Archduke's palace (left side of stairs) and BAM, you can enter Promyvion from Dem, Holla, or Mea. Make sure you've all got this started, because I know we don't want to have to wait for just one person to say "I can't get in!" when we get to the shattered Telepoint. >_>
Let's look at after 5PM on Friday. Sound like a plan?

Saw this thread and just thought I'd let you guys know that my Linkshell is doing Promyvion-Holla, Friday 7pm EST and we are looking for some ppl to join. Generally we would go in a 3 pt alliance to help with links on the way to make our way to the bcnm at the end. Mostly looking for RNGs, BLMs, and SMNs. Not sure how many spots we have open. One requirement we have though is you must have beat one of the promyvions or been to enough to be consider experienced on what to do once inside. So if you are interest let me know (*'-')/

Maybe we can get more than one done. Assuming we start at 5 (which isn't realistic) we may be able to complete one and then possibly join your LS at Holla. That decision is up to you guys.

Once inside it doesn't take that long shouldn't be more than 2 hours, but the biggest thing is making the right PTs and getting everyone together, that takes the longest time IMO
Mobs should be really easy to sneak around just hug the edges, the problem will be on the very last tier where sometime people will fight the wrong memory receptacle and no portal shows up. Mobs on this tier will be hard, many have AOE that will significantly damage the alliance.
So strat is just go avoid mob and kill receptacle, tried to avoid the strays that held people back once the receptacle is killed and portal is formed. Some people get left behind and died because a few strays held them back.
