Just to stir up the pot a bit...

D-E-V-I-L-S!
Let's go Devils!

I hope there's hockey soon... I'm going insane...

DEVILS? boooo...I'd rather pull my fingernails out with plyers rather than watch the 'trap'. I do like Brodeur tho.
Imagine how good the AHL is gonna be this year? I mean, for gawd sakes, Birmingham has Dominic Hasek as a goalie lol.

/already misses hockey....

Hey, the trap works. They just get lazy a lot and let the easy ones through. But when they're on, they're on. And if you manage to get through the trap, you got big Marty there to stop you cold.

No one bests the Devils when it comes to defensive hockey. Can we say Stanley Cup hat-trick, anyone?

I think it was the grat Homer Simpson said it best when he had the option of vacationing in Canada. "Why would I leave America for America Jr." No relevance just thought I would say it

i haven't seen anyone represent Saskatchewan.....so i guess that would be me!! i love canada i think its the greatest place on earth i have travled far and been alot of places but no place could ever be canada. I honestly say that i am not a fan of the states....i don't mind americans but the country as a whole looks down on us. When i visited there i was nothing but ridiculed for being canadian. i Realize that all of you are not this way. I have no hate for the States just not fond of them.
I haven't lived there so i can't say its bad allthough i have visited there quite often. Basically all i can really say is
GO CANADA!!!!!

not to be **** or anything, but 4 proof would be 2% and most states in the us have 5% (10 proof) beer, tho there are a few states, unfortunatly, that only stock 3.5% (7 proof) beer (namely utah)

just an fyi

btw, this american loves BC

Hey guys. I'm from Toronto and I used to live in Montreal as well :).

wow another Torontonian... it's good to see another fellow Torontonian on Bismarck. Eleusynia, I love hockey (been playing since I was 6), but honestly speaking professional hockey isn't what it once was. I would rather go to a local arena and watch some Junior "A" or GTHL teams play rather than watch an NHL game. At least there I'll see players that play because they love the sport.

ya still see some players that play for the game. Look at daniel alfredson of ottawa in the playoffs 2 years ago he offered to take a pay cut to get some players that would help win the cup. How many players would do that? not many. Mario lemieux is playing for the game as well.

Heyhey! I'm from Ottawa, too. I'd be one of those 'two' that ApocPink pointed out from her LS. My hubby's the other one. :D Ottawa's not actually my favourite Canadian city, considering I've lived in a few more and I've got family spread across the whole country, but it'll do for now. ^_^ Got nothing against Americans. There sure are a lot of them, hehe.

Seriously, I love Canada (for fishing, gambling and strippers, of course...is there anything else there?), but it seems all ya'll Canucks aren't too fond of the good Ol' US of A. What's up with that? Just curious.

(Hey, Triz) On the serious note, it's partly because we tend to get worked up over the idea that the U.S. culture is somehow defining ours - just of like the rest of the world feels, just concentrated since we're right next door.

Or, it could be that you invaded us before, and you might do it again if our big oil reserves start looking more attractive than the ones in the Middle East...:)

Cheers!
