I'm going to hit BST 35 tomorrow (Sunday the 26th), and once I do, I'd like to get into some duoing; as such, I'm looking for someone at an appropriate level on Bismarck who might want to pair up on a semi-regular basis. My gear is okay right now, and once my tree saplings sell I should have enough to further update it, and I regularly party with food. If anyone is interested in setting something up, reply here or give me a /tell in game.

No need to duo at 35. Just go to Gusgen Mines and reap the xp off the Feu Follets. You'll be 37-38 in no time.
