I tried 3 times to get through Sauramagne Champaigne when I hit 20, died by skin 3 times. While I was waiting on my last death (I would have lost 20 ><) someone came by with a little LS field trip to Jeuno, and there was a high level RDM that raised me.

This is too beautiful to pass up... but it's on a Sunday! That's a very difficult day to work with since I'm in a pretty religious household >< However, I understand it's worse on Saturday since people have work and stuff.
And I was so excited! I ran from Mhaura -> Jeuno at level 1 today. Sauromugue was easily the most difficult place to survive. The thrill of nearly getting slaughtered by an Evil Weapon or a Skink... it's something.
I will do my best to attend, but if I can't, I'm curious to know the results ; ;

Hmm.. If you have a level 2 or whatever job that you don't care about, then you could delevel it to 1. And if "no level 1 job" doesn't include locked advanced jobs, then you could always unlock a new one. ^^
However, if you have all advanced jobs and have all jobs above, like, 4.. Then I dunno. O.o
[EDIT] An idea came to me about three seconds after making this post. If you have a mule, use that. ^^

This sounds like alot of fun, though I kinda suck at navigating some places w/o looking at my map every few seconds...though if theres enough people doing it, I suppose the "school of fish" thing might happen lol
ohh and I also want to point out that you cant delevel to 1, I think yon dont loose any xp for dieing untill lvl 5 or so

Well, if you hit autorun before opening your map, you can check it while you run. :)
And I think you still lose exp at low levels, it's just such a small amount that noone really notices. O_o

well, yeah I know about the autorun thing, but thats just increasing your chances of running into a mobbie, cuz your running blind
oh and I actally tested the low level death thing, ran my naked Mithra level 2 Paladin through Port Jueno out into Saroumuge, and the stupid Goblin Furrier actually missed the first swipe...then it shot me, and not one exp loss

iirc, there's no xp lost until level 5
