Those quests have minimum and maximum level caps on them, so getting them you'll need characters in just the right level range.
What level is your character(s) that are getting these quests from Atwyn Keladryn?
Also, what are the name of the quests you are getting? Do you have logs of you doing the quest or screenshots of the quest window you can submit to us?

Oh true. I was level 18 I believe.
I didn't do the quest yet but I can try to get screen shots of the different ones.
It is a bit tricky as the quest npc only gives you a few at a time hehe.

1. Kill 10 sharks (any type) in OOT.
2. Loot 4 shark bones.
3. Turn in bones to Secaldru Zandar in OOT.
I forgot to create a screenshot for the final part but you give 4 shark bones ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=7774 ) to Secaldru Zandar is OOT.
