Hi all,
Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but although I am a paid up member (I think!), whenever I click on the search button for equipment I end up with the screen greyed out, asking me to log in. If I go to any other page I show as logged in. If I go to upgrade account it tells me I already am a premium member.
Has anyone any thoughts at all as to what it could be?!

I don't have an answer, but the Feedback Forum is the place to put account issues. Admins check that forum more often than they check here.

Did you try logging out and back in? It's odd that you'd show as logged in on one page but not on others.

As it's working from home I am going to put it down to network weirdness/firewalls at work, where the problem is. The strange thing is that it doesn't gum up always, just mostly.
Anyway, thank you for the advice and I won't gum up inboxes with PMs.
