Whenever someone uses the [: lol :] smiley in their post, it doesn't show up. Instead, the word "icon" appears. Is it something to do with my browser, or have other people noticed this?
My browser is Firefox 2.0.0.8.

Perhaps you have image blocker on in your Firefox? I honestly have never used FF, but ppl always talk about image blocker.
you may have a corrupted/full browser cache and either need to clean it out or defrag it or both. To see if it is full, right click on the page and see if you can get a view source ption. If its greyed out, your cache is full.
