Why can I not post a reply with only a smilie in it anymore?

I tried to reply to a thread on my server forum with only a Smiley: frown, because I felt it emcompassed everything that needed to be said...

Only to be stopped by an 'ultimate silliness filter'.

There any hope this is just a mistake? Smiley: frown
