Why Can't I Rate? :: World of Warcraft

When you press either of the rating arrows, is something supposed to change in the layout? Because when I hit either of the arrows nothing at all happens, it's been like this since the layout change a few months or so ago, but I haven't really cared enough to ask till now.

Usually takes it like 15 seconds on my computer to signal that I have pressed a rating button and then it will disappear if I let it sit. Might try that.

Nope, nothing, there's no clicking sound as per normal links, no change of any sort, it feels like I'm just clicking a random spot in my browser
