How come I can't rate posts?Follow

Has anyone else had this problem? I've been able to for a long time, but for about the past month I have not been able to. /cry

That's correct, you lost the ability when scholar went bye bye.

You will find that your karma will go up and down for awhile when you are a newer poster. As a rule, as long as you are not being obnoxious to other posters and are "playing nice with the other kids", your karma will improve as people get to know you better here.

Now, that being said, if you do feel concerned that you are being karma camped, this is something an admin can look at but what we tend to see when we get these reports is not a matter of camping for most posters, but something in posts that rubs someone the wrong way and the post gets rated down. This is not to say karma camping doesn't happen, it just doesn't happen nearly as often as a lot of people think it does.
