Imageready and other animated GIF geeks...Follow

I made my swanky new avatar using this image

Basically, I've got those four frames, repeated three times (for 12 frames total) then I have MECHA-SHIVA! visible for 6 frames. The only problem is that the transparency didn't work for some reason, and now it's got that hideous white frame. I've tried over and over again to get transparency to work, but the closest I've gotten made the outline of the text fuzzy and stupid looking.

I will give mass rate-ups and props to whoever can fix it, so the white border is transparent, and the text is still crisp.

I tried...and failed horribly.
