Wargod, as a workaround you can hit "reply to" on the post you want to link to, and grab the postIDtag number from it, then replace the threadIDtag with that number. Causes the link to go directly to the post but with the side effect of the forum treating it like the 1st post of the thread (no posts prior to the linked one show up).

Just don't click reply after following a link like that - bugs the thread.
