Yes, we upgraded the edit bar, it works alot better now.

Try shift+refresh if you're using firefox, and ctrl+refresh if you're using lolfail Internet Explorer.

It's working just fine for me, and apparently illa too. I can highlight whatever I want and hit quote. The only time "Quoted Text" appears for me is when I don't have anything highlighted.

I highlight and right click, hit copy then hit quote. Then when Quoted Text pops up, just hit paste and it replaces Quoted Text.

Worked for me.. By browser he meant Firefox, Internet Explorer, not what skin, though that might help too.
