I don't understand what you mean by "quotes are misaligned".

IE7 & IE6 both.

See http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/shadowsfell/alla_error.jpg for a screenshot of the text allignment :)

I don't. However, it does irk me to see such obvious examples of petty behavior displayed by my fellow forum members. Kinda like how if someone asks what you'd like to do for dinner tonight you might answer "I don't care", but that typically does not mean you agreed to a dine and dash session at a local restaraunt...

Adding my screenie of the missing text. Sometimes it disappears while I'm reading, other times it will just not be there at all, unless I highlight it (as mentioned above). This is the first time I've seen it affect more than one post at a time.

Also have seen this the last few times I've been here.

(re) included page information in the post redirection. You should get back to the correct page now when you reply.

Still no word on:

1. If they minimum post height will be removed from ffxi skin.
2. If things such as "add to adress book" and my 10k title will take up 1 line again instead of two.
3. Fixing post preview.
4. If you're getting around to fixing the problems in all job forums; every single post in a thread has the title instead of just the OP.

Also, to restate what was said in another thread, if you rate someone with a light blue background their background turns dark blue.

All on ffxi skin of course.

Min post height is required to provide borders.
Long names and titles should word wrap, "add to address book" probably should not.
Will look into post preview.
And job forums.

Firefox 2, Windows XP.
World of Warcraft style sheet.

Preview Message now displays the message body text in [sm] and everything is a "reply to" link.

Previewing messages doesn't make them all one long link to something anymore.
Previewing messages are now in UTF-8 like the rest of the site, for all you moonspeak people.

News Template, FireFox 2.0

After posting rather than being taken down to your post you just made it takes you to the first post in the thread.

This site looks a lot better with IE 7.0 vs IE 6.0. Thanks to posters above who mentioned the disappearing text doesn't happen in 7.0, I updated just now to 7.0. The formatting looks good in 7.0 and no disappearing text (at least so far).

If you are having disappearing text issues or other visual problems, I would recommend upgrading to 7.0 if possible.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, nor if it's due to the forum upgrade, but using Firefox and the WoW skin, the search function is all shot to hell.

Example.

Unlike my other posts, this one has the stars and postcount above the avatar instead of below.

I tried hitting Refresh while holding Shift, but it didn't help. It's the only place I've seen it, too. All my other posts show the info below the avatar. At least on my screen.

Rating a post should no longer toggle its relative shading.

Rating a post also causes it to parse characters differently, much like when you try to preview a post with non-standard characters in it.

You can check it out on, for instance, Hellboy currently. He has a quote from Kao in his sig, and the "ö" breaks after rating him.
