Why is alla so lagged anymore? :: World of Warcraft

I've been paying for this service for a few years now and lately i find that I'm better off using a 'free' site. This website is so lagged anymore i am considering revoking my membership. Why pay when i cant even load anything on your page half the time?

This weekend was a bad time for the site. The primary webserver apperently suffered a failure, and getting the ISP to kick it was not happening. THings should be faster now. If they are not, please post what specific page you are attempting to access.
