Why can't I use search to find every post made by a poster?Follow

Well, why can't I?

I enter the Author name, select All Forums, and I get a message saying I must specify Keyword.

Sup with that?

It's really annoying that you can't search on Author only anymore.

What's the point in searching for a post if you already know what it's called?

It comes in very handy if you want to cite a post, but you don't know exactly where it is. If you know what was being discussed in the thread, a hand full of keywords will usually yield the thread that you are looking for.
Especially if you remember who said what you are trying to find.
