I removed my billing address and name..my account is not premium now..why?.. Please fix this someone?

Just had Darkflame pull up the records for you, that transaction e-mail you list 8286206005867 was for the 10-27-2005 to 10-26-2006 period. At 10-26-2006 it would have auto renewed if you had a credit card on file and Auto renew set to "yes"

We show instead that on 10-31-2006 You renewed for a 3 month period, possibly via paypal since we don't have credit card info on file. That 3 month period expired on 1-31-2007

Please check your financial records, you should have been billed $9.99 for that three month period. If you were billed more than that, please scan a copy of the paypal reciept, bank statement, or credit card record (making sure to censor your personal info) and send it to kaolian@allakhazam.com and we will correct the error.
