I have e-mailed allakhazam@allakhazam.com multiple times about my recent account upgrade, and over the last 2 weeks, and multiple e-mails, I have received zero replies.
Is this normal?
Can someone please explain to me why I am paying for premium access for mob values in outland when they don't exist, and I have not been given any estimate on when they will exist?
I would like a refund on my premium upgrade, or at least have my account credited for the time until mob values are added for Outland.
Please reply, the service I have received thus far is horrible.
