WoW Trade Skills StickyFollow

With LockeColeMA's blessing, I am working on an update to the WoW Trade Skills Sticky. I am posting to ask how one goes about making this change? When it is ready, do I just post my new thread, and request for an "unsticky" on the current thread and a sticky on mine?
