SAM Guide
Now, I wrote this guide, BUT if you look near the bottom of the thread, Filian did nominate that it get stickied in place of the old one, Samurai 101. He just didn't make a thread here. Also, the general feedback from other posters seems to be good.
My purpose in writing the guide was to (like Filian said) replace the old Sticky/Guide, which has not been updated in quite a while.
Please consider making this a sticky in the SAM forums, and please PM me if you have any questions.

I don't wanna be the one to replace someone elses sticky.
I read over your guide, it looks good but still lacking in some cases. It's still a WIP but I believe if you can get some others to say they'd rather that be sticky instead it should be ok.

I would suggest that this be stickied in place of the old SAM 101 thread it is outdated and has not been updated in a long time.
I think this guide still needs some work but is in much better shape then SAM 101.
