FFXI News Topic Thread GlitchesFollow

Ok. I did some looking into it.

Seems that the links for news threads in "Your Posts" are messed up for me, at least, dunno about others.

There is a portion of the url that is sdetail####.html
This #### seems completely random for some reason, every time I hit refresh it changes.

Example:
http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/news/sdetail1138.html?story=8647&mid=116898616291806449

This one, the sdetail portion should be sdetail8647.html to link to the proper post. I don't know why it changes every time the page is refreshed.

Proper Link Should Be:
http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/news/sdetail8647.html?story=8647&mid=116898616291806449

Same thing seems to be with the "Root Thread" link, the sdetail number seems to be completely random, and sometimes links onto pre existing, older news topics.

Seems to be any link beyond the first news story link, that this sdetail number is random. Including:

Reply to this.
Root Thread.

The "News Posting" (for the Page column) link in the "Your Posts" section.
The Actual link to the post in the "Your Posts" section.

Also, the "Prefrences" link on the user name is bad. There is a /news/ that shouldn't be there.

Ok, I didn't know if maybe it was me, or maybe Opera didn't like what ever coding you guys did on your links like that. I don't know a lot about webpages, so I thought maybe opera was, I dunno, compiling variables wrong or some junk.


/em would go on, but thinks he's spewed out enough nonsense that he knows nothing about for now.

Just for some more info, I just had one of the #### come up as PAGEID instead of 4 numbers. That one was wierd. Sorry if you already knew this :)
