I just realised I have not recieved any copys of CGM in a long time. Is the subscription no longer offered to preimum members or is something amiss on my side or yours?

I believe when Gamespot bought out EBgames (or was it the other way around?) they wanted nothing to do with Allakhazam anymore so they cancelled the deal.

According to the Premium Chart, there is still the magazine subscription for all US residents.
Too bad they did away with the 10% off at EB though.

I just figure if I don't end up having one show up, I will try for the $8 refund, buy contacting the address supplied. I could use that $8 to buy my German Shepherd puppy a chew toy, OR use it to by 2 chew toys for my Chihuahua puppy. I may just sit here the rest of the day, dreaming of ways to spend that $8...

We still do mag subs, you can choose from 4 different ones upon registration (for which I had no clue, as I don't renew that way.) Now as to why you aren't receiving yours, it could be that CGW is gone and is now called Games for Windows. You may have gotten an email from them, I did.

Still getting it monthly. It's now called Games for Windows, or some other nonsense.
Now if only you can help the premium canucks get some magazines... *cries*
I tried to get my GFW mag and the check box for that one is grayed out and cannot be selected. I replied to the GFW email to find out why they are offering it, but it is not available. And those that had CGW previously should have just gotten this automatically IMO.
I contacted the Mag and here is the responce I recieved:

I've been premium since Alla started the Premium subscription offering and, in all those years, I have received one copy of a magazine.
It was a Computer Gaming magazine reviewing the last Lesiure Suit Larry game.

CGM is still listed not games for windows. Hopefully the end result is the same and the Mag shows up, but yinz may want to edit the choices to show the current name of the mag.

Any Admin have any info or a update? I know its too soon from my last renewal to have revieved the mag , but when I checked game for windows and CGMs website for suscriptions I'm not listed as active.

I thought I'd post over here too, since someone just brought this thread to my attention. I've been trying over on the Site & Forum Feedback forum to get an Admin's attention regarding my subscription not showing up for last year's Allakhazam renewal since August 2006. I've sent 4 PMs to them along with at least that many emails including proof of my Alla subscription etc., and what really burns me up more than not getting the magazine is that not one PM or email has been acknowledged! This is only my second year as a premium subscriber here, and my first year was fine in all respects.
Anyway, I just wanted to wish you folks good luck! Don't give up!! :)
