When i try to rate people up it doesn't seem to accept it, i choose excellent under their name then press rate posts, anything else i should do?
and thats just great.. then someone defaults my post so i can't rate anymore..

And for your question it should work your rate up may not be as great as some other's would higher post counts, so you may not be able to tell that you rated up some one.

if you rated me up twice in this post then it's working because i dont usally post as good i'm usally decent.

When you click on "Rate Posts" at the bottom, there is no confirmation page (there use to be...) telling you that the server accepted the rates. Your rating might not even be enough to change someone's post from "decent" to "good", so just assume it worked.

Sorry to have to ask, but I don't get it ><
How do I actually rate up? I thought that once I had 15 posts I could, but nothing's there '-'
Just the button at the bottom called "Rate Posts", but doesn't seem like anything is happening ><

you need to have scholar or more

a rater's post count doesn't have any effect. it's just harder to move a high post count poster's overall karma.
You not only have to be Scholar but have a rating higher then 3.05 to be able to rate posts. It happened to me before and when I brought it up in the OOT that's what I was told by the admin. The system rounds off so 3.04 or lower is equal to 3.00 which isn't high enough to rate. 3.05 will round off to 3.1.
