Patch for EU on patch dayFollow

Because the European patch is released a day later. US maintenance/patch day is Tuesday while the EU maintenance/patch day is Wednesday.

They can't upload the patch before Blizzard even releases it.

The main issue we ahve with getting the EU patches is that none of our staff is in the European Union, so we basically have to get them from other sites that do have them and rehost them here. I suspect blizard wants to prevent us Americans from accidentally installing the wrong patch version, so they don't give us the option to download it directly. We'll look into streamlining our EU patch aquisician process, but for the near future we are going to have problems obtaining it in a timely fashion.
