Hi hi!
Something odd happened a couple weeks ago. I became unable to access my Premium Account (WoW). I created another account, but that never fully activated. It's as though my passwords were changed, since I get an Invalid User or Password screen. I've requested that my password be sent to my email address, but nothing happened. And, of course, I couldn't post HERE with my login problem since I had to - what else? - login before being able to post to the board.
Well, now I have a THIRD account that is active; this one. Thinking there may be a problem with auto-replies to my ShardsUniverse.net email addresses, I used my work's .com address.
Could someone please look into this and fix my Premium Account?
