I don't really understand how any of those deserved to get bammed, muted, changed etc?
There seemed to be absolutely no objectional content. This site is not an official game site so there is no EULA or TOS agreements broken by posting something like "I use windower, everyone else does too."
No wonder you got most negative poster in your sig. You suck.
Now I know why I don't post in the FFXI main. That place is fast approaching the crapfest that is the KI forums.

Maybe because, last I checked, advertising gil/plat/gold selling websites was against the wishes of the admins here?
And maybe becuase the same message was spammed in about 15 (or more) threads, making it obvious it was a blatant attempt at a stupid advertisement.

You'll have to point out those ads because I saw none in the three threads or
the links supplied. Joystiq is a legitimate site. One had a link to a picture of a cat and the other no link at all.
There was no reason to ban or mute either of the first two links. If they had sig links I didn't see them so I apologize if that's the case. As for spammings? I've seen some pretty legendary 8 hit combos in =28.
If you have issue to RMT links, we should just shoot ahead full course and ban/mute everytime someone posts a link to Thottbot, MysteryTour, Somepage and the innumerable other mmo sites that contain links to RMT.
Bottom line, from what I saw from those posts, they were not edited or changed by admins. They get a hearty [:patontheback:] for not caving to every little demand.

Even if the site was "legit" or "harmless" it was still spam. I'm sorry you believe the admins aren't kissing your *** enough and deleted something you deem appropriate for a board you don't even post on.
And furthermore, if you DID post on that board, you would know that the exact same message has been spammed on different accounts in just about every thread on the first page at that present time. But since you don't post there, I wouldn't expect you to give a damn about what goes on there. You have you little fun in your sand box across the playground and mind your manners there, and I will play in my little sandbox and leave the "big kids" alone, fair enough?

You seem to misunderstand... the parts that "deserved to get bammed" can't be pointed out. The posts in question were nuked by the admins. Even with "Never Filter" set, you will still see "1 post skipped by filter settings" (or however many were nuked on that page).

See? Now THAT is what upsets me. I have no life and live vicariously through the Narc Forum and if I accidentally sleep, I miss a post that has been nuked. 1 post skipped by filter mocks me. Best places to dance the en Flambé is the Asylum or OoT. Either place I don't expect you to last too long.

Yeah because there are such hardcore posters in the main forum? I'm confused how posting there would be the equivalent to put up or shut up? The best flamers are the ones that get the people to flame themselves. That's a truly special poster.
