Hello,
I am playing Everquest, returning player from 4yrs ago. I signed up for premium service with Alla, and I downloaded the Auto Profile Updater. The item collector is working fine, I see my profile with all my items in the software, when I clik upload I get "Permission denied, not logged in or not premium" and to the best of my knowledge, im all that and a bag 0 chips...what gives?

I see Premium in your account is flagged, So its probably the login cookie. If I remember right, the profile updater requires you to have logged in under internet explorer. Try logging of, then logging back in under internet explorer, then see if it works. Also check your firewall settings to see if anything along those lines might be interfering

Problem was I was using Firefox...i fired up IE and it works.
