Just curious if people are legitimately rateup bombing this guy to guru status or if it's one of multiple ratebots.

Can you link to some of his posts that don't seem to be worth an Excellent rating?
Some people only post once in a while, but they make sure their posts are worth something and so they get rated up a lot. And because of the low postcount, their rating moves up fast.
By the way, his postcount must be too low, because he's still just Scholar.

I don't think its too out of the norm to have a rating close to 4.00, when you only have a handful of posts. I did a few searches and couldn't pull up anything that jumped out at me. We won't really know until the Lords of Alla log in for the day though. /shrug
It seems that a bunch of people just like that guy.

You are getting more rate ups than downs these days. And its a bunch of people that tend to rate you down in isolated flurries. I wouldn't worry about it.
