My uncle used to say that there are three things you should never discuss with your friends: Politics, religion and horses. It will always end in a fight.

I believe he got it from some Irish fella, but he was right nonetheless.

I completely agree, but for here, let's change it to Politics, Religion and .999~ = 1.

Nah, the Irish will discuss horses as it's the National Sport. I'm sure you'd discuss Reindeer races.
